Our verdict

Best for character fun that actually moves: put any character into any motion, remix trending clips, and get five free videos a day to prove it — a meme-and-motion specialist, not a general editor.

What Viggle really costs

Viggle sells monthly credit bundles — 80 credits on Pro, 200 on Live, 800 on Max — but its pricing FAQ is upfront that 'each feature may use a different number of credits, depending on the model and output.' There is no published per-video or per-second rate for the consumer plans, so any per-clip figure would be invented, and we will not invent one.

What can be said honestly: the free tier's 5 daily videos are the real unit for casual users (roughly 150 free generations a month, watermarked, if you use every day), and the paid decision is mostly about removing friction — watermark, permanent storage, parallel generations, model access — rather than buying a calculable number of finished clips. The API, by contrast, is priced per output for developers; check Viggle's API terms if you are building rather than creating.

No per-unit rate is published for Viggle's consumer plans (credits vary by feature and model, per the pricing page FAQ, checked Nov 2026), so no cost cards are derived. Prices shown are the pricing page's current offer figures; list prices are $9.99/$19.99/$79.99.

What is Viggle?

Viggle started as a character-animation tool: supply a character (a photo, an illustration, anything with a body) and a motion — from a reference video or a template — and it produces a video of that character performing the motion. That mix-and-match idea, often called mix, move and replace in its community, made it a staple for dance memes, character swaps and social clips where a recognisable figure does something recognisable and funny.

The product has widened since. Paid plans now bundle hosted video models (the pricing page names Kling, Veo, Wan and others), multi-track sessions let several characters share a scene, Real-Time Swap puts a character into live motion, and the company's newer JST-2 model powers PINOC, a separate 3D-worlds product billed apart from Viggle AI plans. The homepage now talks about 'physical intelligence' and an experience engine; the pricing page, more usefully, still talks about videos, credits and watermarks.

How Viggle works

  1. 1Start free: you get 5 videos a day, one generation at a time. Pick a trending template, drop in your character, and see whether the motion transfer works for your content.
  2. 2Mind the free limits while you test: watermarked output and assets that disappear after 7 days — download anything you might keep.
  3. 3Upgrade to Pro ($7.99/month at the current offer) when you need the watermark gone, permanent storage and up to 4 simultaneous generations.
  4. 4Spend credits deliberately: each feature and model costs a different number of credits, and Viggle publishes no single per-video rate — check the cost on the generation screen.
  5. 5Step up to Live for all models (Pro excludes Seedance) and long Real-Time Swap sessions; Max for volume and unlimited swap sessions.
  6. 6Remember the two credit rules: plan credits expire on your billing date, and purchased credits only work while a plan is active.

Core features

Character motion transfer

The core trick: a character image plus a motion reference becomes a video of that character performing the motion — dances, gestures, scenes — built for shareable, character-led clips.

Character swaps

Swap any character into an existing moment or clip, the workflow behind most Viggle memes and remixes.

Multi-track sessions

Layer multiple characters into one scene. Limited on free; unlimited on every paid plan.

Real-Time Swap

Put a character into live motion in real time — 5 minutes on free, 30 minutes on Pro, 6+ hours on Live, unlimited on Max.

Hosted video models

Paid plans include access to third-party models named on the pricing page (Kling, Veo, Wan, Happy Horse and image models), with Seedance reserved for Live and Max.

JST-2 and PINOC 3D worlds

The newer foundation model builds explorable 3D scenes and characters through the separate PINOC product — billed separately from Viggle AI plans, per the pricing page.

Developer API

Viggle's pricing FAQ confirms API services for character swaps, avatar experiences, social apps and game workflows at scale.

The free plan — the full truth

Viggle's free plan is the most testable in this batch: the pricing page lists 5 free videos a day, every day, which is a real allowance for learning motion transfer and even for light ongoing meme-making. The conditions are printed just as plainly: generations run one at a time, multi-track sessions are limited, Real-Time Swap is capped at 5 minutes, uploads cap at 1 minute, and your assets and generations are stored for only 7 days.

And the watermark: the pricing comparison lists 'No watermark' as a paid-plan feature (— for Free), so free videos carry one. Commercial use is the one thing the pricing page does not address at all, and we make no claim about it: if you plan to monetise free-plan output, read Viggle's terms first — independent readings note its terms restrict at least some free-tier use to non-commercial purposes. Paid plans remove the watermark from Pro upward and make storage permanent.

  • • 5 free videos a day, generated one at a time
  • • Free videos carry a watermark ('No watermark' is listed only for paid plans)
  • • Assets and generations are deleted after 7 days on free
  • • Uploads capped at 1 minute on free (10 minutes paid); Real-Time Swap capped at 5 minutes
  • • Commercial use of free output is not addressed on the pricing page — unverified this session

Viggle alternatives

Runway is the upgrade path when character clips need to become directed footage, with editing tools Viggle lacks. Pika covers playful, effect-driven social clips with no watermark on any plan. In this batch, DomoAI is the closest cousin for stylised character video — it restyles and animates characters with templates and Relax Mode drafting, where Viggle's strength is motion taken from real reference clips. Akool's motion and character swaps overlap too, inside a much broader (and pricier) suite.

Yes — 5 free videos every day, with a watermark, one generation at a time and 7-day asset storage. It is the most generous free testing offer in this batch.

How much does Viggle cost?

Does Viggle have an API?

Yes — its pricing FAQ confirms API services powering character swaps, avatar experiences, social apps and game workflows.

What is the difference between Viggle and PINOC?

Viggle AI plans cover the character video tools. PINOC is Viggle's separate 3D-worlds product built on the JST-2 model, and the pricing page states the two are billed separately.
